A little about how I work.

I’m a therapist because I’m drawn to what’s under the surface: of people, of relationships, of systems that shape us whether we notice them or not.

I work best with people who feel too much, or not enough. People who overthink, hold tension, question the shape of their lives but don’t know how to step out of it yet.

I don’t believe in fixing. I believe in understanding: what’s happening, what’s reinforcing it, what’s ready to shift, and how to shift it.

My background’s rooted in science and systems, but what happens in the room matters more than any theory. It’s quiet, warm work. Sometimes sharp. Sometimes funny. Always real.

If we work together, we’ll go slow. We’ll trace patterns. We’ll make space for what hasn’t had a voice.
